Shipping, Return and Exchange Policies

At Tropical Touch Store, we respect and value every customer, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase!
Before making a purchase, please read through our terms and conditions carefully. By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Products and Pricing:
We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and images of all our products. However, please note that colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. Payment:
We accept payment through our website using a secure payment gateway. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
3. Shipping:
- Shipping will be processed within 3 – 5 business days after placing your order.
- Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notification with product tracking information from sales@tropicaltouchstore.com.
- Please allow 8 to 10 business days for final delivery.
- If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock we will contact you via email to coordinate a special order.
- Shipping to territories such as Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico should consider a few more business days for final delivery, depending on timings established by courier company, same selected by customer.
- Free Shipping will not apply to territories such as Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. Instead, those customers can use USPS (US Postal Service), and Shipping fees will be charged accordingly.
4. Returns and Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied, for any reason, at Tropical Touch Store we are glad to accept returns for store credit or exchange.
Please carefully read some considerations and terms & conditions before returning:
- Please try your pair of Tropical Touch on a soft surface (carpet).
- Shoes with any marks on the bottom will not be refunded if returned.
- We cannot accept any items for returns or exchanges if worn or damaged.
- Please return with the same box and packaging materials as received.
- We offer a 3-month guarantee (only for fabric defects).
RETURNS & EXCHANGE:
- We accept returns and exchanges within 10 calendar days of the receipt of your product as long as the item is in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, free of scuffs or marks, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging.
- Return and exchange requests must be made within 10 calendar days of the date you receive your shoes. Requests after this point will be denied.
- Tropical Touch Store reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
- Returns and exchanges are not offered on Last Chance, Gift Cards, Sale or Final Sale items.
- If item is eligible for return/exchange, but new item is out of stock, then you will be issued store credit instead of a cash refund unless the customer wants to wait for a new product to arrive at the store. If so, a Store’s Rep. will notify the customer via email and coordinate shipping details.
- If you select a lower-priced item, we will issue a credit for the difference to the original form of payment for full-priced item or online store credit for Sale items.
- For Returns and Exchanges, all shipping and handling charges will be paid by the customer. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
- Items purchased with a discount code are non-refundable.
- Tropical Touch Store does not provide return labels.
Note: Please note that submitting an exchange request does not reserve the inventory, and we cannot guarantee that the item will be available upon receiving your return.
If we are unable to fulfill your exchange order, we will attempt to contact you for an alternative selection.
If we cannot process a replacement order, we will issue a credit (or voucher) based on the policies stated for returns.
Instructions for returns:
For eligible returns & exchanges, please send us an email at customerservice@tropicaltouchstore.com, including:
- Brief description or reason for return/exchange
- 1-2 pictures showing item purchased at Tropical Touch Store
- Copy of the receipt/invoice
- Name of person/buyer, address and phone number.
Notes:
- Once your return request is processed and accepted, we will send you an email detailing a physical address to ship your item (s) and continue with the exchange process.
- Please allow 10 to 15 business days to process your return/exchange.
5. Intellectual Property:
All content on our website, including images and text, is the property of our store and shall not be used without our permission.
6. Privacy:
We take your privacy seriously and will not share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill your order.
7. Liability:
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item you purchased. We are not responsible for any damages or losses that result from the use of our products.
8. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Fort Bend County in Texas.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Please check this page regularly for updates.
